Block explorer

A block explorer is a searchable web application that presents blockchain data such as blocks, transactions, addresses and token transfers in a human-readable form, backed by an indexer over node data.

Explorers like the familiar chain scanners let anyone look up a transaction, view an address history or inspect a token, turning raw hex into readable pages. Underneath, they run an indexer over archive node data and decode it with contract ABIs. The same primitives an explorer relies on — archive RPC, decoded transactions and logs, wallet analytics — are what our API exposes programmatically, so you can build explorer-grade features into your own product instead of scraping a public site.
